How it works

Booking is a request, not an instant confirmation — a provider has to accept it. Here is the whole flow, on both sides.

For customers

  1. Find a provider

Browse by service category or search your city. Each profile shows the services that provider offers, their indicative pricing and the hours they usually work.

  2. Send a booking request

Pick a service, choose a date and time, and say where the work is needed. The request is sent to the provider — nothing is confirmed yet.

  3. Wait for the provider to respond

The provider either accepts or declines. You can see the status of every request under Your bookings, and you can cancel a request you no longer need.

  4. Message the provider

Once a booking exists you can message each other about it. The thread is private to the two of you.

  5. The job is done

The provider marks the job complete once it has taken place. Payment happens directly between the two of you — the platform never handles money.

  6. Leave a review

After a booking is completed you can rate the provider from one to five stars and write a comment. One review per booking, and it appears publicly under your name.

For providers

  1. Create your listing

Sign up, then describe your business: trading name, the area you work in, your experience and how customers can reach you.

  2. Wait for review

An administrator reviews the listing before it appears publicly. Until then it is not visible to customers, and you can keep editing it.

  3. Add services and availability

List the services you offer with indicative pricing, and set the hours you usually work so customers know when to ask for.

  4. Respond to requests

Booking requests arrive in your dashboard and as a notification. Accept or decline each one, and message the customer if you need details.

  5. Complete the job and collect reviews

Mark the job complete once it has happened. That is what lets the customer leave a review, which builds your public rating.

Payment

The platform never handles money

There is no online payment, no wallet, no commission and no escrow. What a job costs and how it is paid are settled directly between the customer and the provider. Prices shown on a profile are indicative figures published by that provider, not quotes.
